How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Use the original packaging to securely pack the item. Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds and Processing
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Approval: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
